REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled when you shop on our website (Oficial Vau.com).


1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Must be in original packaging with tags attached

  • Must be returned within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

❌ The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items (final sale)

  • Underwear, swimwear, or hygiene-sensitive items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper care

If an item is sent back to us without eligibility, we may not approve the return.


2. HOW TO START A RETURN

To request a return or exchange, contact us at:

Once approved, customers are responsible for shipping the item back unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (wrong item, defect, faulty product).


3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos if required

  • We will replace, exchange, or refund at no extra cost


4. REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once:

  • Returned items arrive and pass inspection

  • Condition is verified as eligible

Processing time:

  • Returns inspection: 2–5 business days

  • Refund time: 3–10 business days depending on your bank

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. EXCHANGES

If you want to exchange an item for a different size or product:

  • Submit a return request

  • Once approved, ship the item back

  • After inspection, we will process the exchange

If the item is out of stock, we can issue a refund or store credit.


6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If your refund has not appeared:

  • First check your bank account again

  • Then contact your bank or payment provider

  • Processing times vary

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
If you need to change shipping details, email us immediately  we will assist if the order has not left our facility.


8. RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the product is faulty or the wrong item was sent, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using trackable shipping; OFFICIAL VAU is not responsible for lost return packages.
